Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Jersey.

Please note that Production Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days via  USPS Priority  -— $3.99

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a trackingracking link. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our jewelry is custom-made and personalized to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless we made an error in personalization or the item arrived damaged.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@chelseaimpression.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement immediately.

  • Non-Custom Items: For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
