How long does it take to make my custom jewelry? Because each piece is individually crafted and finished in our studio, our standard production time is 1-3 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may vary.
Can I see a preview of my design before it’s made? [Yes, If you require a digital proof, please leave a note at checkout or contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.]
What materials do you use? We specialize in premium, durable materials including 316L Stainless Steel, 14K Gold Plating, Rhodium Silver Plating and Sterling Silver. Our engraving and printing processes are designed to resist tarnishing and fading.

Can I change or cancel my custom order? Production begins quickly on custom items. If you need to make changes to your personalization or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
